Vietnam shrimp sector banking on strong revival in EU and US

Early recovery after the Covid-19 pandemic will offer  competitive advantage for Vietnamese shrimp industry to be a step ahead of its competitors. According to Ho Quoc Luc – Chairman of Sao Ta Food JSC, this is a good time for shrimp producers to seize market opportunities as demand for shrimp recovers. In addition, the shrimp industry can take advantage of the Free Trade Agreement with the European markets, and low export taxes in the US market to push exports.
