Philippines approves more meat imports from Brazil, Chile

The Philippines has approved more meat establishments from Brazil and Chile to export beef, pork, and chicken to the country. In two separate orders, Agriculture Secretary William Dar accredited 24 processors from Brazil and six from Chile. The approved plants from Brazil include 15 beef processors, seven poultry processors, one pork processor, and one poultry and pork processors. In Chile, the establishments approved include four pork processors and two poultry processors. The accreditation is valid until April 2, 2023.
