Omnipork expands range to luncheon meat and pork strips

Green Monday has launched Omnipork Luncheon and Omnipork Strip in Hong Kong. These two plant-based dishes join Omnipork’s other products such as siu mai. Similar to the American spam meat, Omnipork Luncheon comes in rectangular cuts with rounded edges and pan frying gives it a similar texture to real luncheon meat. It contains soy, wheat, beet and coconut oil. Meanwhile, Omnipork Strips are thin slices of pork-like meat and also contain similar ingredients. The two products were offered with deep-fried noodles or mixed with braised vermicelli during the launch.
