Four key dimensions in agrifood post Covid-19

​Digital & robotic, supply chain displacements, disruptions, and sustainable development goals (SDG) are the four key dimensions in the agrifood industry to consider post-Covid19, said Jean-Yves Chow of Mizuho Bank. Speaking at a webinar, he said digital and automation will change sales channels and the labor market. Meanwhile, avoiding reliance on one source of input will be a key strategy in the supply chain. On disruptions, he believes cross pollination and breakthrough will accelerate development of startups and its funding landscape. Finally, collective consciousness of SDG will focus on having a sense of purpose.
