Recently, the company diversified into processed pork meats such as meatballs, barbecue sausages and luncheon meats. Senior Manager Valerie Gan told Asian Agribiz that with nine outlets in the Klang Valley, it was time to produce value-added pork items to keep customers coming back for more. “We diversified into processed pork meat in mid 2019, which included bakwa and floss as snack items. There is promising potential in that area,” she said.
