About USD 4000 worth of processed pork from China was seized by the Cebu Provincial ASF Task Force on Monday. The items included over 1200 cans of Maling luncheon meat, which is popular in the Philippines but has been banned by the government after China reported ASF outbreaks. According to authorities, the shipper had documents but no certification from the Food and Drug Administration.
