August 13, 2019

The Agriculture Skill Council of India (ASCI) will work with the Karnataka Poultry Farmers and Breeders Association (KPFBA) to develop and certify skills in the poultry agriculture ecosystem in Karnataka. “With this collaboration, KPFBA will open up avenues for employees in their member companies to get assessed and certified according to government standards; will have a voice in the National Occupational Standards which is updated by ASCI; and will have access to consultancy services to enhance competencies”, said KPFBA, President, Akhilesh Babu. Skilled labor has been an issue for an increasingly automated industry.
