New entrants into the processed meat market, Gourmet Lanka brought together a wide spectrum of meat through their heat-and-eat meals at the 18th annual Pro Food, Pro Pack and Ag-biz 2019 Sri Lanka exhibition held on August 2-4. The company introduced meals with beef, duck, chicken, turkey and lamb. Gourmet Lanka, Compliance Manager, Dilka Perera told Asian Agribiz that they imported most meat products (except chicken) and process into ready to eat products. The company hopes to increase their range from 25 to 50 products in the near future.
