As disposable income of Asian consumers rise, they are demanding better quality and safer meat. Pig producers in the region are working to meet these demands, and are looking not only to define what meat quality is but also the role nutrition plays in determining quality. At Asian Agribiz’s 2019 Pig Feed Quality Conference to be held on April 24-25 at the Hotel Nikko Saigon in Ho Chi Minh City, speakers including nutrition experts Julian Wiseman from the UK and Tony Edwards from Australia, as well as meat specialists Daryl D’Souza of SunPork Solutions in Australia and Ronie Malvataan from the Philippines will give participants a better understanding of meat quality.
