Singapore’s Chew’s Agriculture diversifying

Chew’s Agriculture Pte Ltd are ceasing their egg business. The company said it is seeking shareholders’ approval to change its name and diversify its business. They were producing and selling generic and designer eggs, liquid eggs, traded spent grains and was involved in food processing in Singapore. This comes after the sale of four units under the group: Chew’s Agriculture, Chew’s Engineering Services, Chew’s Group Investment and Chew’s Group Marketing. An extraordinary general meeting will take place to obtain shareholders’ approval to change its name to OneApex and diversify into the property and financial investment services businesses.
